“The fact that we've had you twice tells you how highly I think of the work you're doing for all of RCBC.”
Dr. Michael Cioce

"The biggest strength of the Communication Arts program is the dedication of the faculty who teach in it. Most specifically, the program coordinator, Brooke Mailhiot is a one-woman “machine” who is driving both this and the Entertainment Technologies programs ahead. Her enthusiasm transfers to her students and she continues to find ways to make the program successful."
Dr. Amy Franzini Ph.D., Academic Consultant
"Brooke...Listen...You're a Rock Star for us and our community."
Dr. Michael Cioce, RCBC President
Connecting with the Community, #MtLaurelNextStopHollywood
If you haven’t already heard, shortly after finals wrapped in Fall 2020, our Mount Laurel Campus was the set for the upcoming release “The Life of Peter Gottlieb.” We will discuss the film and how our student Alyssa Morgen got involved with RCBC Entertainment Technologies Program Coordinator Brooke Mailhiot and Strange Dream Films Founder/Producer Mike Marsdale.
The film, "Tikkun Olam revealed a lot about the community built by our partners at the Katz JCC, but it also revealed a lot about the RCBC community and the pride and dedication
that faculty can inspire in students. Although it takes many people to create such a powerful message, there’s no coincidence that Professor Mailhiot was in the middle of it all."
Greg Volpe, RCBC, Executive Director
Strategic Marketing and Communications
"Brooke is just an incredible professor. Even though I took her courses at the height of the pandemic and we didna have all of the usual tools at our disposal, I learned so much about how to be a filmmaker. For me, tv production and editing helped the most. Being able to coherently piece together stories that we would usually go for with restrictions really helps to prepare you for the real world of filmmaking. But that final project was just such a great experience being able to create our own documentary. If I could go back in time there would absolutely be things that I would change and do differently. However, at the same time it's an extension of who I was as a person then and is almost like a time capsule."
Christopher Larkin, Fall 2021 ETV Graduate
